MUSIC GRAFFITI x NO$TALGIA
FAST FORWARD / REWIND was presented in physical, digital and virtual forms as part of the Rare Effect #2 Exhibition at Arroz Estúdios, Lisbon in May 2021
The original MUSIC GRAFFITI painting (that provided the background pattern to the digital works) was displayed physically, while the digital remix was displayed IRL on screen, and in the accompanying Metaverse exhibition.
A CRIME SCENES installation was also due to be exhibited but fell victim to the idiosyncrasies of the embryonic post-Brexit border arrangements. It eventually reappeared back in the studio after a six month absence.
This was either the definition of irony or a conceptual artwork in its own right.
