MUSIC GRAFFITI
PHYSICAL PAINTINGS | ARCHITECTURAL CANVAS | GRAPHIC SCORE | CONCRETE MUSIC | DIGITAL ART | AUGMENTED REALITY
Multiform / multidimensional textured immersive physical music paintings.
“We were partying hard at the Wilde Möhre Festival near Drebkau in Germany...people danced to the loud and pumping electric music...two pieces of Zeitwarp‘s music note art works were hanging on the wooden walls...majestic and mystically lit up by the flashes of the disco lights and stroboscopes.
Next day, hung over, I bought both paintings...”

DI$PLACEMENT DISCO
INSTALLATION | DIGITAL ART | PHREAK MUSIC | AUGMENTED REALITY
Mixed-media exploration of creators, curators and consumers of culture in the machine era.
“This is the logical endgame of streamonomics: bots making music strictly and perhaps solely to be listened to by other bots.
The only human interaction would be your monthly subscription fee.”
Terry Matthew - 5 Mag
DO ANDROIDS DREAM OF ELECTRIC NOISE
A series of recursive artworks including physical installation, digital/video MP4 collages, PHREAK MUSIC 'Blip-Beats' and augmented reality enabled physical art prints.

FREE JAZZ
"Is it Me...or Is it Memorex?"
INSTALLATION | PHREAK MUSIC | DIGITAL ART | AUGMENTED REALITY
"Generative AI will continue to fundamentally change the landscape for creatives, curators and consumers of all types of culture - eradicating access barriers in terms of time and increasing the supply of creative work by an almost infinite amount - to the extent that there will be free self-produced music, free art, free poetry, free graphic design…and of course 'free jazz'."
ZEITWARP - Lisbon, 2022

FOR THE CULTURE
RHYTHM SECTION x THE TIP-JAR x THE CAYMANA
Supporting grassroots musicians and independent music projects through direct funding, radio play and tour logistic support.
THE TIP-JAR
"I used to play in the subway. If everyone tossed in a quarter, at the end of the day it would add up." - Nellie McKay
The 'TipJar’ Music Fund has been established to support emerging musicians, independent music projects, and music charities with 10% of the total value of all (artwork, merch, whatever...) orders placed by Rhythm Section members in the HYPERMARKET.
THE CAYMANA
Back in 2017, we started an informal scheme to support touring musicians with somewhere to crash for free in the storage space above our garage studio.
We christened it 'The Caymana' after a long running in-joke about a short-lived 'tropical' cream liqueur brand from the 1990's.
THE RHYTHM SECTION
At its most basic level The Rhythm Section is a free-to-join newsletter community with access to a number of exclusive benefits including event whitelisting, priority art drops, occasional free prints, free digital downloads, and exclusive discounted pricing on all Zeitwarp art & merch.
Beyond this it is the mouthpiece (and engine!) for our ongoing program to support grassroots musicians through direct funding, radio play and tour logistic support.
